Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This home will greet you with ample off street parking and a beautifully landscaped yard. The yard is anchored by a mature live oak tree, a staple in the Lowcountry. As you enter the home, you will be in the foyer adjacent to the stairs and garage. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first level. You can also access the back yard. As you go upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the open living, kitchen, and dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV.

The 3rd level has the 3 additional bedrooms. All four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for the entire family. The house was clean and everything that we needed was provided. I especially liked that they provided plenty of additional garbage bags, dishwashing pods, and paper towels. There were brooms, vacuum, dish soap, and hand soap. I would have liked to have seen some other cleaning supplies as it was difficult to keep the beautiful island in the kitchen clean where the little ones were eating (however I do understand why they don’t and already provided more than what other VRBOs do)! Since it is such a big house it would be nice to have things like baby gates and high chairs because I assume lots of people get a house that size for a family. They did however send a great option to rent those items with the check in instructions. I don’t take away stars for that, but just a suggestion. The bathrooms were nice and there was plenty of hot water for a family of 7 to be showering (sometimes several at a time). Where I did take away some stars is for location. It was close to shopping (Tanger, Sam’s, Wal-Mart, etc) but it was about 45 minutes to the beach which I wasn’t fully expecting. Also, the area was a little rough which I wasn’t expecting at all based on the house itself in the pictures. We had no issues, but a little run down is all. Something that wasn’t mentioned at all is that there is a WONDERFUL playground for the little ones within a mile or so. Park City Community Center.

Beautiful Home

We are in North Charleston a lot for swim meets and the hotels have really gone down in quality, this home was perfect for our stay. The home was clean, beds were super comfy, the living area and kitchen were perfect for our needs and it was convenient to everything we needed. We will be back!
