has wonderful views of the Bay and features a King Size bed. The 3rd bedroom

features 2 queen beds.







A wonderful outdoor deck overlooks the Bay and makes for a great place to

enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones. It is also a

wonderful platform from where you can swim and play as well as launch the

kayaks.







We have a large living room with a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi for all

your streaming needs.







This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs

Master bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a full and fantastic kitchen

featuring stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.

We are pet friendly with a small pet fee.







This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood.

Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings. We have neighbors

very close by who assist us in monitoring this home. Anything resembling a

party will be subject termination of reservation with no refund.











This is a Family/Residential unit and area. We must respect our neighbors.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.
