This unit is right next to the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. There's a house in

between us and the beach, but there are no roads to cross, just jump on the

new boardwalk and it will take you right to the beautiful wide sandy beach!



This one bedroom unit features one Queen size bed and a twin bed all in the

large master bedroom.



We have high speed WiFi and a large 50 inch Smart TV for your entertainment.



Parking is directly outside your door and you can self check in and out with

our combination lock system.



Even with a bit of modernizing this property is a historical home that is now

over 85 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards

and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an

older beach cottage. Even so, we hope that you will love our older and

charming "Cozy Bay View".



We are right next to the public beach access with a new boardwalk that will

take you right to the beach.



Our kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster

so you can easily prepare your meals. We have a bar area for dining with 3

bar stools. We have just installed a new leather sofa with a power reclining

system.



Quiet hours begin at 9 PM and we are pet friendly with appropriate fees.



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No parties or loud music or noise.



This unit is one of 3 units subdivided in this Historical 1950's era home.

Nothing is shared as each unit has it's own parking as well as its own

entrance and exit.



There is a free public marina with 3 concrete boat ramps only a few blocks

away and we have plenty of off-street parking for boats/trailers and vehicles.



Quiet hours begin at 9 PM.



Pet Fee is $$99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!
