Expect to encounter wildlife. We often see dolphins in the water and bald eagles or other falcons flying around. There will be bugs! A cost of being so close to water. Consider packing bug spray, and please keep all doors/windows to the house closed when not in use.

Please be aware that sharp spike sand spurs may be present in grassy beach areas, including the dunes and the front yard. We recommend wearing shoes when walking in the front yard and avoiding the dunes entirely to ensure a comfortable stay.

We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.
