Utilities
The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 175,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 19, – per night. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400. **This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa.

Supplies
Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. The property also provides Beach towels, Beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach, however it does not provide an umbrella.
Please note: Our special Monthly Prices do not include the water and electricity fees. These are calculated at the end of your stay and you are responsible for this payment.
