The villa is comfortably furnished with new furniture and appliances throughout. The Indoor dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Outside the villa has multiple seating and dining areas and the covered terrace is a great spot to enjoy at any time of the day or night, perfect for reading, dining or simply enjoying the peace and tranquility and breathtaking views. Vacations are easy in this impressive, generously spacious residence with beautiful Views. Located within the exclusive gated community of `Tierra del Sol` on the north side of the island and very close to the beaches of Arashi, Malmok and Boca Catalina. Only a short drive away from Arashi Beach with its prestine white powder sands and crystal clear blue ocean, excellent snorkeling at Boca Catalina Bay, windsurfing & kite surfing at the fisherman`s huts, or taking in Palm Beach where you will find an abundance of dining choices, Casinos, movie theaters, bowling and the best shopping on the Island as well as fantastic nightlife. Tierra del Sol`s 18 hole PGA Championship Golf Course, Restaurant and Spa are within a few minutes drive.

-Guest have access to the whole property.

-Access to the Tierra del Sol resort swimming pools and amenities is not included with this rental. However, activities and day passes can be booked directly at the resort.

Situated on Caya di Oro in the Mesa Vista neighborhood of Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf, Aruba’s premier lifestyle community. Located only minutes from the shopping, dining, and nightlife of Palm Beach, Tierra del Sol features an 18-hole Championship Golf Course masterfully designed by famed architect Robert Trent Jones II. Situated on nearly 600 acres of unspoiled beauty and boasting the most spectacular panoramic views on the island.

It is approximately 26 minutes drive (16.9km) from Reina Beatrix International Airport to the villa. Car Rental is available at the airport, conveniently located outside the arrivals hall. Taxis are readily available just outside the arrivals hall on the left.

The property layout: 2 bedrooms are located inside the villa and 1 bedrooms is located in the detached casita, all bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Both bedrooms inside the villa are ensuite but each bedroom has its own door to the kitchen and outdoor.

Great vacation

This is our second trip to Aruba. It was by far the best trip we have had. My 13 year old son loved the extra apartment. We loved the pool, hot tub, and layout of home. Molly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are going to book for next year!

Beautiful home

Property location was excellent. House was beautiful and outdoor patio space has plenty of seating and lounging by the gorgeous pool. Could use an outdoor portable speaker for the pool area and second bedroom has no closet - just hooks and hangers. The casita is perfect for guests and separate from the house for added privacy. Would highly recommend and would rent again.

Beautiful hole close to all

Havent felt so at home, in a foreign country, ever. Fantastic property, inside of a beautiful gated community with roaming security. A/C worked great, pool was clean, beautiful layout with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Well appointed kitchen, and appliances. Staff promptly addressed any questions or help we required. Close to Arashi and Palm Beach, as well as the lighthouse. Loved this property, will be back.

Great Property

Our stay at the Simple Pleasures property could not have been better. Molly was our host and was awesome. She met us at the property to check us in, text me throughout our stay to keep in touch and met us at the end to check us out. The house was great! Very nice indoor living space, everything was clean and very nice. Outdoor space was unbelievable. Huge outdoor area in back yard. Pool was great! Overall, we had an awesome vacation and the home was amazing. We will return.

Great stay.

Molly is your greatest asset. She was extremely pleasant and very responsive. A real keeper! We found the house to have a strange configuration. To get to the second bedroom, you have to go through the main bedroom. The entire entranceway should be extended so there would be a way to enter the living area without disturbing the privacy of other guests. The only other alternative is to unlock the second bedroom door, go outside, and unlock the main entrance door—very strange. Also, there was no closet in the second bedroom—not workable without a clothes rack. If the entranceway was restructured, the existing hallway could be divided and turned into a closet on one side (second bedroom) and storage on the other.

Tucked away paradise

This place was in a gated community and we loved being away from all the action downtown and on Palm Beach. If you are looking for a private place to stay this is it. The greenery and trees out the back have grown since the pictures but honestly we liked it better because we felt like we had a natural privacy wall from the golf course and it was beautiful at sunset. The house was perfect for us. We came for our honeymoon so it was just my husband and myself. We loved having a pool to ourselves and the space. The two bedrooms are very spacious. They are right next to each other, just FYI if you are staying with others. The bathrooms had plenty of space and the showers were great. Aruba is very windy so keeping the pool free of leaves and bugs was a daily task. They do come twice a week to clean it but it takes daily maintenance to not be swimming with the bugs. We had some issues with the jacuzzi. The property managers were very prompt and sent someone out to fix it. It doesn't get very warm so that was the only downer for us. We were expecting it to be more like a hot tub but it was only slightly warmer than the pool. Regardless of that, highly recommend this property. The kitchen is completely stocked and you have everything you would need. We only made breakfast at the house because the food is Aruba is absolutely incredible. We would recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we ever make it back! The hosts truly were amazing and prompt to respond.

Private and secure

This property is perfect for those who want a secure property that has gated access on the golf course and privacy away from the hotels. The tanning ledge in the pool was the perfect addition to lay out when it was so hot out. Any minor issues were fixed quickly. We loved the property and the garage and washing machine and dryer were a huge hit! There were plenty of towels for the 4 of us and they had laundry soap and dryer sheets available. Trash bags and toilet paper were available and that was nice! We only wish there was better cable so we could watch the basketball games so I would say that is the most needed upgrade. Overall we would stay here again!

Perfection

Absolutely stunning location with all the amenities, I highly recommend this property and its location. Property manager was excellent, no surprises, no issues. We plan on repeating this trip for sure. We have been to Aruba over the years approx 30+ times, and this trip was by far our best to date. A big "thanks" to the owner and the property management team, after almost 2 years of no travel (COVID). This trip more then made up for the long wait period.

Nice Villa

TDS is one of my normal preferred locations and this villa met my expectations in terms of A1 quality. They were quick to address/repair anything I reported. Only downside was the layout for 2nd bedroom. Access to that was was either thru the master bedroom (door with lock) or door leading outside to courtyard then into main door into kitchen living room area. The pool/heated hot tub was the highlight. I would recommend this to family and friends.

What a lovely home in Tierra Del Sol!

My family of four adored our stay at this clean, well-appointed property... the house is lovely and very functional, and the outdoor area (pool, hot tub, spacious shaded patio, comfortable furniture) was an absolute dream. We would love to come back!
