The Villa was perfect! We stayed with another couple and had the entire place to ourselves. The property was very clean. All of the amenities were exactly what we needed. There is a rooftop sitting area that was great for sunning star gazing. You can see the ocean from the rooftop looking southeast. Lounge chairs and a huge BBQ available as well as beach chairs and towels. The pool was the perfect size and was always refreshing and clean! It was a very short walk to the end of the block and the beach! this pace has everything you need. They have every appliance you can imagine including dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, blow dryers, blenders, aur fryer...literally anything you need. The hosts Geraldine and Ruben were the best! Any need we had was met, from transportation to recommendations for places to eat or visit. We will definitely visit this property again! Don't change a thing!

This house has it all ! Clean - fully functional kitchen - beautiful small pool in a lovely - private courtyard . Easy access to 3 beautiful beaches . Very safe area - lots of room to spread out and enjoy family time ! Host was always available and responded immediately- she checked in on a regular basis to make sure all was well! 5 star property!

The entire apartment was exactly what our group of 8 needed. Private comfortable bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, the pool and area perfect for keeping cool, and the proximity to the beach all added to a perfect stay. We will probably rent a car next time, to visit areas farther away. although the taxi service was awesome and we booked a tour that picked us up and returned us to the villa. We also took advantage of the super grocer delivery service and had the private chef delivered a very nice reasonable meal. Geraldine was the best! Very quick to respond to any questions and helpful to plan the best holiday ever! We will be back to Catalina villa and beautiful Aruba!

7 days of Sunshine in an amazing Villa

House was bigger than we anticipated. Plenty of room for kids to spread out and relax. The Villa was clean and condition was as described. Beach was literally 1 min away with amazing snorkeling. Pool area perfectly clean, no bugs or mosquitoes in sight. Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. We had a wonderful time and have made beautiful memories at Villa Catalina. Hoping to retun for a future stay soon.

The property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and very comfortable. There were 5 female adults and we had plenty of room indoors, on the patio, and rooftop. The unit was within walking distance to the beach which was very convienent. My girlfriends loved the unit and we can't wait to come back.

The place to be

The property is amazing and is as advertised. Steps from some of the best snorkeling beaches in the Caribbean. Why book a snorkeling catamaran when you can walk 100 steps from the house to the beaches where all the catamarans come to. Best location on the island. We will be back.

The villa was very clean and spotless. The location was great. The only issue was the AC in the three bedrooms upstairs stopped cooling during are last three day. This was addressed and were told to check all the units to make sure the setting were correct. After confirming they were we then followed the advice to use one remote and turn each AC unit off, then turn them back on. That seemed to work. They sent out two guys to look into it. I explained to them the situation and it feels like it was working now. However, they didn’t stay working throughout they stay. Therefore 3 nights were spent sleeping downstairs in the living room. The pool area was great and they came to make sure pool was clean and working. If the AC were working as good when we arrived I would say the place was a 5 star.

Clean, comfortable and fun place to stay

The property is very clean, spacious and in a great location. The house is a one minute walk from Boca Catalina and other great snorkeling locations. It’s also a short drive to the Palm Beach area; which is nice for shopping and eating out. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating. We needed more towels and spare blankets; he was quick to have them delivered. Would stay here again!

Great spot for our Aruba teip

This is our fourth trip to Aruba. We’ve stayed in the resorts, a condo in Eagle Beach and this little gem. This is our favorite. The villa is stylish, clean and has a great footprint. We loved the location because it’s quiet and private yet not far at all from multiple beaches and activities. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Book it, you’ll be glad you did.

Beautiful Property. Right next to one of Aruba's most beautiful beaches and one of the Island's best areas to snorkel. The accommodations were better than we could have hoped for. Each bedroom and bath were their own private areas and the pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

The house, location, accommodations and host exceeded all expectations. This was our ninth visit to beautiful Aruba but our first time staying in a house rather than a hotel. It was very convenient to have so much room for our family. It was only a short few minutes walk to a nice sandy beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Aruba vacation

Great house with nice amenities. Short walk to a nice beach and short drive to multiple other great beaches and restaurants. Nice private pool to come home to after a long day at the beach. There is a nice deck area overlooking the pool and a rooftop deck as well. This house was very spacious for our family of 5, but would accommodate multiple couples if traveling with friends. If we are lucky enough to come back to Aruba, this house will be at the top of our list!

First time in Aruba

We like to vacation to the caribbean yearly and like to go to different places. This was our first time in Aruba and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was as nice as the pictures and an excellent location. The only thing I would advise anyone looking to rent there is to know the beach that is steps away is quite small and rocky but a much nicer beach is only a few minutes walk. I would highly recommend this place and Ruben was excellent.
