The villa is accessed with a physical key, which will be provided to you upon arrival for a smooth and easy check-in. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, as the entire villa and grounds are exclusively yours with no shared amenities. Car rental is easy and affordable in the area, and we’re happy to assist with recommendations to make getting around effortless.

[Dedicated concierge] Unlike most Airbnb listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,

[Cleaning] Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[All taxes and utilities are included] When comparing rentals please check for these, as many other properties will not include these costs in their prices.

Please note the villa is a no-smoking villa and smoking indoors is not allowed and could result in the loss of your security deposit. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
