On the side of the villa there is a separate private unit with a long-term tenant, their area is fully fenced off and completely separate from the vacation home. The only possible encounter may be at the front gate.

Please note: there is a private long-term tenant living in a separate unit on the property grounds. Their area is completely independent and separated by a high fence. They do not have access to any guest spaces, neither the backyard or pool. The only moment you might briefly see them is near the front gate when entering or exiting the property.



You’ll have full and private access to the entire villa, backyard, and pool during your stay. The entrance and driveway are yours, with space to park two cars. Self check-in is available via a lockbox for your convenience.



You can contact us at any time throughout the entire process – before, during, and after your stay. We’re available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to answer your questions and make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable. We’re happy to share tips about the villa, the neighborhood, and the best Aruba has to offer.



✔ Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. Use air conditioning responsibly when not in the house.

✔ Transportation: A rental car is highly recommended for full convenience during your stay.

✔ Private Garage: The garage is private property and not accessible to guests.

✔ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).

✔ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request and subject to availability (additional fee applies).

✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs for your convenience. Please note: snorkeling gear and umbrellas are not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the villa after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.

✔ Baby Gear: Complimentary baby equipment (crib, high chair, plastic dishes, toys) available upon request.

✔ Starter Kit: To get your vacation started, we provide a complimentary starter kit with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Once these run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.

✔ Guestbook: A detailed in-house guestbook includes house rules, appliance instructions, island tips, favorite restaurants, supermarkets, and happy hours.

✔ Clean & Ready: Every home is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment.

✔ Meet & Greet: We’re happy to arrange an optional meet-and-greet during your stay to personally connect and assist with anything you need.

✔ Tailored Experiences: Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to help personalize your stay – from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local experience recommendations.

✔ No Party Policy: Parties are not permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized parties may result in a $750 fine.

✔ No Drugs Policy: The use or possession of illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

✔ Safety & Security: The property is fully fenced and equipped with a security alarm, surveillance cameras, and fire safety equipment. Emergency contact numbers can be found in the guestbook.
