The Space
Step into vacation mode the moment you arrive at Palma Real. Located on the first floor, the apartment offers beautiful views of the community pools and even a glimpse of the High Rise Hotel strip in the distance. The gated complex features 24/7 security and multiple pools with sun loungers, outdoor showers, and shaded dining areas available for guest use.

Inside, the apartment is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The living area includes a spacious sofa, dining table for four, and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchen has been recently updated and includes everything you need (no dishwasher).

From the kitchen, step into the large bedroom featuring a comfortable king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with rain shower and complimentary Aloe Vera bath products. Both the bedroom and living room are air-conditioned for your comfort.

This condo is located in the gated Palma Real community, a peaceful and well-maintained complex. Please be mindful of the community rules, such as keeping noise to a minimum at the pools, not leaving behind trash, and avoiding any disturbances. All community guidelines are clearly explained in the guestbook provided inside the unit.

Guest Access Guests have access to the entire apartment, and the community pools. Self check-in is available via a lockbox for your convenience.

✔ Utilities Included: Water and electricity are included in the reservation price. Please keep this in mind when comparing with other rental properties. Use air conditioning responsibly when not in the house.
✔ Transportation: A rental car is highly recommended for full convenience during your stay.
✔ Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability (additional charges may apply).
✔ Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available upon request and subject to availability (additional fee applies).
✔ Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, a cooler, and beach chairs for your convenience. Please note: snorkeling gear and umbrellas are not included. Beach chairs must be returned to the condo after use; missing or damaged chairs incur a $75 replacement fee.
✔ Towels: 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per guest included for the duration of your stay.
✔ Starter Kit: To get your vacation started, we provide a complimentary starter kit with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Once these run out, guests would need to replenish them as needed.
✔ Guestbook: A detailed in-house guestbook includes house rules, appliance instructions, island tips, favorite restaurants, supermarkets, and happy hours.
✔ Clean & Ready: Every home is professionally cleaned before arrival and after departure to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment.
✔ Meet & Greet: We’re happy to arrange an optional meet-and-greet during your stay to personally connect and assist with anything you need.
✔ Tailored Experiences: Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM to help personalize your stay – from private chefs and in-home massages (based on availability) to local experience recommendations.
✔ No Party Policy: Parties are not permitted unless approved in advance. Unauthorized parties may result in a $750 fine.
✔ Palma Real Community Guidelines: The apartment is part of the Palma Real community. General building rules apply, including noise restrictions (music by the pools only allowed through headphones), pool and clubhouse regulations, and shared space etiquette. Guests are expected to respect these rules to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. A full overview of these guidelines is available in the guestbook.
✔ Community Access Card – Guests will receive an access card upon arrival to enter the gated Palma Real complex. Lost or unreturned cards will incur a $75 replacement fee.
✔ Payment for your booking at Signature Stays Aruba is made via bank transfer. Please note that we will send the invoice one month prior to your arrival. The invoice must be paid before check-in instructions can be shared.
✔ Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book your trip. This ensures immediate coverage for unexpected situations such as illness, injury, accidents, travel delays, or other unforeseen events that may disrupt your plans. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and helps protect you from financial loss related to these circumstances. Please note that without travel insurance, any losses due to emergencies will be your sole responsibility. Our cancellation policies, as outlined on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or in the case of direct bookings, will be strictly followed, and refunds will only be issued according to the applicable terms on those platforms.
