The property was located to close to everywhere we needed to visit. A short walk to the beach, to the island's efficient bus service, and local eateries. This studio apt has the BASIC essentials necessary for 2 people to relax and unwind after a day of sunbathing, sightseeing and eating your way from one end of the island to the next. It has just enough space to turn around refresh and repeat each day of your visit to the island. The property manager & caretaker was top shelf and very accommodating and the owner was VERY easy to communicate with. Thank you Derek & Romina.

The location in Noord is just minutes from a variety of beaches and restaurants! Derek and Romina are awesome hosts that aim to please and offer the best recommendations for restaurants, activities in Aruba. The apartment is clean and well looked after! They help facilitate our dive charter and car rental with their connections! Highly recommend this location house and hosts!

This place is exactly as shown and stated! Very updated and nice and quiet neighborhood . Derek was the best and always concerned about our needs ! We highly recommend this place ! We hated to leave ! If we ever get back to aruba we would definitely stay here again !

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay with Derek and Romina! Communication prior to arrival was clear and helpful, as well as their hospitality upon check-in. The room was just as advertised - clean, cool, and just what we needed for a smooth week. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk, as well as supermarket, restaurants, and nightlife. Great location! Would return & also recommend to others.

First Aruba Visit First VRBO

Host was very helpful and informative. We were unaware of VRBO procedures and protocols.Our unit was spotless and clean. Our only complaint was near by barking of two small dogs during each night. As advertised, the local Rooster was relaxing and reminded me of youthful summers on the family farm.

Beautiful week in Aruba!

The owner was outstanding at communication before and during our stay. The property was updated, clean, and worked very well for our needs. It's only about an 8 minute walk to the beach, which was good to burn off some of the vacation calories we enjoyed!

Very clean apartment that was just what we needed for our extra night in Aruba. Great communication from the time we checked in until we left. Property is very clean, updated and in a good location. You even have a few local roosters to wake up with in the morning !! Would stay there again!

The hosts were great, very attentive and helpful. We stayed in a small studio apartment with a private bathroom, microwave and refrigerator. Felt very secure, even walking back and forth to the beach and to transportation late at night. Just for the sake of clarity, not all of the rooms/apartments have access to the pool on the premises. Would definitely rent again.

Quick Trip to Aruba

Derek and Romina were awesome and very helpful during our first stay in Aruba! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. If it's your first time in Aruba- highly recommend using the directions Derek and Romina give you personally to the house instead of using GPS. Will definitely have to stay here again next time we're in Aruba!!

WOW, What an Awesome place to stay

Derek and Romina (and the 2 dogs) are the absolute best hosts. They are in the know about all the best things to do in Aruba whether it be the restaurants, fitness centers, beaches, excursions, etc. The house is in a great location close to the beach, casinos, convenience stores and restaurants. The apartment we stayed in was fabulous and had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The property itself was new, clean and very well kept. This place is a hidden gem in Aruba and 5 star in every way.
