The Space:

Villa Promenade is located on the first and second floor of the building.



It has a bright, spacious and welcoming living room with a large sofa and a flat screen TV. It is the perfect space to unwind after a busy day exploring Nieuwpoort.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There are 2 rooms with double bed, whereof 1 with an extra single bed. In the 3rd room you will find a bunk bed and 1 single bed. Ideal for children!



Furthermore, Villa Promenade has 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath).



The terrace have outdoor furniture where you can enjoy your stay at the Belgian coast.



You can park your car in front of the house on a private parking lot.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house and facilities.

1 pet is allowed in Villa Promenade. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.



PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Bed linen and towels kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided. This is mandatory for you to bring by yourself.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
