On-site parking, utilities, and easy self-check-in are included—and yes, there's even room to bring your boat along for the ride!

The Space

Inside, you’ll find a cozy sleeping area, a small kitchenette, and all the essentials for a no-fuss, restful experience. The interior is uncluttered and clean, perfect for travelers who enjoy minimalism and peace.

Guest Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the fenced-in backyard during their stay. Please park only in the designated spot unless otherwise coordinated. Access to any sheds, garages, or the enclosed pool area is not permitted, as those are for private use.

Other Things to Note

The camper is located in our backyard and connected to city water, sewage, and electricity. No guest maintenance is required.

Propane for heating and cooking is provided and should be used sparingly.

The bedroom TV is Netflix-ready, and the living room TV includes a Chromecast.

For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras throughout the property. There are no cameras inside the camper.

The pathway leading to the camper is well-lit at night, providing extra visibility and peace of mind.
