Our home is professionally cleaned and thoughtfully prepared before every guest’s arrival. We take great care to ensure everything is spotless and welcoming, so you can relax and enjoy your stay the moment you arrive
This kitchen has everything you need, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig. We’ve stocked it with essential cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products, and cleaning supplies so you can cook and clean with ease.

Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Two twin beds
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed

One full bath on the main floor
One full bath on the lower level

A washer and dryer is conveniently located on the lower level, with basic laundry supplies provided.

There are two outside seating areas to enjoy:
The upper deck features views of Long Island Sound and is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.
The front porch off the kitchen in the front of the home is ideal for grilling, lounging, or curling up with a good book.
The Lounge House is a short distance to both public and private beaches
Access to boating, canoeing, and kayaking (1 kayak provided)
A quick drive to charming downtown Niantic filled with shops, restaurants, parks and a library.
