Walk down to your private deck directly on the water to relax and unwind with a water view of the stunning Niantic Bay.

The Space:
Prior to your arrival, our home undergoes professional cleaning to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. We meticulously prepare and set up each space, paying close attention to detail, so that you can immediately relax and enjoy your stay from the moment you step through the door.

Niantic Cove is located within the very desired Oswegatchie neighborhood. The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, also a private room with a full-size futon. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed located on the second floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and is located on the first floor. A private room doubles as an office with a full-size futon located on the first floor. There is a fully operational, renovated kitchen, it features a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Keurig machine, ensuring convenience at every turn. The stocked kitchen has an array of essential cookware, serving utensils, basic paper products and cleaning supplies for hassle-free dining and upkeep. Each bathroom is well-stocked for your convenience, providing an array of guest towels along with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, essential paper products are readily available. For your grooming needs, a hair dryer is provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The dining room is available to sit with friends and family for delicious meals all together. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on-site for guest use located in the basement. Basic laundry supplies are provided and available for your use. Enjoy the bright open living room with a large screen TV, and an office with a desk set up in case you'd like to work remotely while looking out at the Bay. Board games, card games, and books are available for use.

Step out your back door to an outdoor patio and dining set covered under an awning designed to keep you cool and well shaded in those hot New England summers. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Overlooking Niantic Bay, enjoy the private deck directly on the water where there are Adirondack chairs and a gas firepit.

Also available are beach toys/beach chairs/beach umbrella/coolers/life jackets are available in the basement for use. A pack-n-play and highchair is available for those traveling with small children. The four car driveway features a Tesla charger for guest use.

You can launch kayaks off the home's lower deck or pull your boat up to its designated mooring. Two kayaks are provided for your use (one single and one double-person, along with life jackets and paddles). Feel free to bring your sunfish or giant unicorn float, which can be launched right off the deck into the bay. A small vessel, private launch is also available within walking distance of the house. You can swim and sunbathe on the beautiful sandy, private association beach, accessible to guests and only open to surrounding homes.

Other available amenities in the neighborhood for use are walking and hiking, outdoor tennis courts, basketball hoops, soccer goal, baseball field, frisbee golf, a 6-hole pitch and putt golf course and playground.

In addition, ThreeBells Marina is located within walking distance where you can rent sailboats and kayaks, rent a slip for your boat, or fuel up on gas for your boat.
