Luxury Private Suite in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Perfect for a couples getaway, wedding goers, theatre lovers, wine tours and bike trails or just relaxing.

Downtown Niagara on the Lake. Located beside the Pillar & Post Spa, Shaw Festival, golfing, fine dining all within walking distance. Too many award winning wineries to list! 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls, Casino and outlet malls. Short drive from Toronto Ontario, Buffalo New York, Cleveland Ohio, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Montreal Quebec. A favorite spot for European Travelers.



Our Spruce Suite is a private two-bedroom unit located on the first floor of newly built 2 story home. This private secure suite includes the entire 900sqft on the main floor. Situated in the historic Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. 





We offer our guests:

- A quick response and clear communication during the booking process

- Master bedroom with King Size Bed, Twin bedroom with two twin beds on the main floor. Private Suite with security locks and fresh linens. 

- A Private 3pc  Bathroom, shower, fresh towels, hairdryer, toiletries 

- Full kitchen complete with complimentary water & coffee, fridge, stove, microwave, sink

- Air Conditioned or gas heated

- Complimentary Parking & WIFI

The Space:

This cozy suite is situated on our separate secured main floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.  On-site free parking with private entrance, huge family room for relaxing with sectional sofa and television. Dining area with large farm table for gathering. Private 3pc bathroom, main bedroom with King bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Free WIFI available

**Please note, we are unable to accommodate children or infants in this suite, without exception.

A second upstairs suite is in our home and is available for rent and can be booked in conjunction with this one (Redwood Suite)!

Shared wrap around deck. Sitting area on the front patio for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment.  Side deck with BBQ and outdoor dining area, with loungers. 





Other Things to Note:

- The TV supports streaming services, cable and internet is provided, and guests must log in with their own accounts. Free WIFI.

- Owner resides in the house, some small noise may be perceptible. 

- We ask that noise is kept to a minimum to respect other guests.

- We supply guests with towel set, bedding, duvet, pillows, extra blankets available





During Your Stay:

For emergencies and inquiries during your stay, our local property manager is at your service via phone and thru the booking site platform. It is important to note that the owners occupy a separate area of the home.

Excellent. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, GREAT location for strolling the old town and all the little shops. Shaw Festival, wineries all within a 5-10 minute drive. Darren was very friendly. He was very helpful in recommending places off the beaten path. Definitely recommend visiting Caroline's winery!

This was an amazing place with amazing hosts. We loved it and only regret not staying longer. The care that it took to build and decorate this home makes it feel exactly like that a home away from home. I would recommend anyone heading to Niagara on the Lake to stay at this beautiful location. Plus it is walking distance from downtown and all the great pubs and shops

This place was amazing! We had a great time in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and certainly can’t say enough good things about Darren’s spot. The space was perfect - lovely kitchen! It was super close to downtown and the host was incredible. If I’m every back in the area, would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodations. We especially loved hanging out on the patio area with TV and gas space heater. Only 1/2 mile walk to the Main Street and shops
which we took multiple times during our stay. The host (Darren) made himself easily available for whatever we needed. Definitely will look to stay here again next time in NOTL.

Beautiful New Home

Five stars. My best friend and I stayed here for a weekend girls getaway. It was perfect! The house is quiet, incredibly clean, and sleekly decorated. It’s possible you could hear some noise from the upstairs one bedroom apartment, however no one was there when we stayed. About a 10 minute walk to the main street for quaint shops and restaurants. Owner is very friendly, and onsite should you need anything. Would highly recommend!

A Great Choice

We're frequent visitors to NOTL and this place did not disappoint. Just the right size, updated, modern everything and the manager, Darren was great. Even had the place decorated for Christmas. Lovely stay. Definitely coming back!
