Appartement au niveau supérieur à proximité

TrÚs bien situé, à proximité de tout à pieds. Appartement bien rénové et fonctionnel. Petit mélange d'annonce avec Verbo pour unité 1 et 2. #1 rdc avec terrasse et deux salles de bains et #2 à l'étage supérieur et 1 salle de bain. Réponse trÚs rapide du locateur. TrÚs bon service :)

Great place! Beds were very comfy, if a bit small for an adult couple (doubles), good kitchen space, good space in the living room. Only downside to be aware of are the steep stairs to the rental. We had one senior and one adult male with a bad knee and they were doable, but might not be for someone with less mobility. Location was great, 2 minute walk to the top of Clifton hill. Get yourself a Wego transit pass and ride the blue line from the bottom of Clifton hill to the top (about ten minute transit ride) to save the walk back up the hill if you need to. Highly recommend this space! Thanks for letting us stay here!

Clean place in Heart of Action

The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The fruit and wine was a delightful surprise. The house location was an easy 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. We would have given 5/5 stars but the listing states laundry facilities, which the house doesn’t have. This wasn’t a major deal breaker for us but it could be for someone else.

Quick Trip to the Falls

My family enjoyed our stay there was lot of space for everyone. The kitchen was a bonus for us to cook breakfast in the morning. Everything was an easy walk to get to. A few nice touches included fresh fruit left on the table, water in the fridge, and bottle of wine to try.

The place was very well maintained. The are was a little less desirable. Until we got used to the area it was kinda sketchy. Walkable to the Clifton hill, many chain restaurants, not to my liking, good brewery and bbq down the road, but would have liked more healthy places to eat. Teens would love, couples need to find better if you are not into very crowded places.

Great stay 10 minute walk to the falls!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was clean and comfortable with enough space for four adults. We liked the easy walk to the falls and appreciated having food options close by. One issue with the listing - the outdoor space mentions a fire pit and chairs. The only chairs we saw were on a deck that seemed to be for the downstairs apartment, and we did not see an outdoor fire pit. We did appreciate the indoor (electric?) fireplace though - we used it both with and without heating. Overall a great stay!

Loved this property, walking distance to Clifton hills and the falls. Only hiccup is this is a 2nd fl condo, not a home as listed on the site. The condo has everything we needed and then some.

Perfect place to stay for a family

Location - about a block and a half from entertainment and 10 min from the falls. Free parking. Easy walking. Amazing. Easy walk back if you want to take a break or eat. Clean and appeared newly renovated. Beds were very comfortable. In fact our best night sleep away from home, ever. Just know beds are small for two people. Wife and I each took our own bed.... Highly recommend for a family. Full kitchen if you want to not buy every meal. Really glad we stayed here.

We loved this property, it was very clean and close enough to easily walk to all the attractions. We enjoyed water and fruit that got delivered for us on the first day. Thank you and we will stay here again if we visit the Falls on a future visit.

Short family stay

We were there for a short overnight stay and this did the trick. The neighborhood immediately outside the house wasn’t exactly picturesque, but it was a short walk or drive to everything we wanted to do and the condo itself was clean and comfortable.

The property is exactly as pictured. It is very clean. We walked into the upper unit and saw that we were immediately greeted by a bottle of sparkling rosĂ©. That was such a sweet, touch and appreciated. It was so great to be able to have more space than a typical hotel room, or even a hotel suite which is what we would usually book over at the Ramada. It was such a quick walk to the Clifton Hill and Falls area every day that we were there. The area felt very safe and we would definitely stay here again. The upper unit has three bedrooms, one bedroom has a TV in it. Our kids each chose one of the single bed rooms and my husband and I actually ended up staying in the room with two beds! Haha! For us we are used to a king size bed to share and the other bedrooms I believe we’re only full-size beds so we decided to sleep comfortably in the singles that were in the room together! The kids thought that was great!! All of the linens that were provided were very clean. There was a bowl of fruit and coffee was available for the Keurig. The only reason to not rent the unit would be if you have a difficult time with stairs, since it is a second floor unit. If you don’t have a problem with stairs, do not hesitate if this unit is available, take it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐-would stay again!

Awesome place and location

This place is amazing! Very clean and comfortable for a family of 4 (with 2 teens). Easy parking. Stairs are a little steep if someone had mobility issues this would be a problem. Also great location - just outside of Clifton Hill so quiet for sleeping but quick walk to all the action. Highly recommend!

Great accomodations!

We spent July 3-6th at this location. It is not an entire house, only the 2nd floor but still had plenty of room for 5 adults. It was super clean with fresh fruit/water- which was greatly appreciated! The host was very friendly and answered all of my questions quickly. The location is pretty close to the strip and about a 10-20 minute walk to the Falls- depending on where you want to go to see it. Thank you for a great experience.
