Wonderful luxuriously appointed apartment with spectacular seafront views over the gorgeous Towan Beach, harbour and Atlantic Ocean.
Situated in a quiet location in the town centre directly opposite one of Newquayâs most photographed landmarks, the house on the island. The large three-bedroom apartment not only offers direct access immediately in front of the property down the steps to Towan Beach, but is within very short walking distance of the high-street, harbour, all of Newquayâs amenities and night life.
The apartment has been designed with a passion for detail and only quality materials and furnishings have been used throughout - with a whirlpool bath in the master en-suite and power showers in the two up-stair en-suite bathrooms.

The main property
The entrance â leads directly in to the large open plan living area. The front of the property has a large L shaped sofa, coffee tables, smart TV and the large bay window with stunning views across Towan Beach and beyond. This leads to the dining area with a large table and six chairs, and onto the fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful modern kitchen area features solid granite worktops, a range of inbuilt appliances including an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
From the kitchen the hall way leads to the upstairs toilet to the left and the heading down half a flight of stairs to the right leads to the first bedroom. The hallway leads onto bedroom two down a further half flight of stairs and then onto the master bedroom with balcony at the front of property.

The large master bedroom with king-size double bed features a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, TV, beautiful Atlantic ocean/Towan Beach views, balcony access, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath/shower unit and large contemporary curved glass wash basin.
Bedroom One â An extremely large room with a double and single bed, large dressing table/desk, large walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with power shower.
Bedroom Two â A double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with power shower.
En-suite bathrooms finished in Jerusalem stone with high quality fixings throughout. Bed linen and towels are supplied, high chair is available if required. One standard car parking space is available.
