Clean & tidy inside. The decking on the outside could do with a wipe/brush down as itñ€ℱs right next to the trees. Only let down was being right on the end next to the car park and train line, but it wasnñ€ℱt as loud as what I thought it would be.

Lovely and peaceful

We had a lovely stay at this place. It was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, yet close enough to explore local attractions. We did st Ives ,Newquay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break and would happily return in the future.
