Bring the whole family to this delightful 3 bedroom cottage nestled in the small village of Tregurrian. Resting perfectly between two of the best family & surf beaches on the North Cornish Coast; Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth. Everything you need is provided for a funtastic family stay in comfort. Our Cornish delight provides a private parking space for one car & all the modern conveniences in a traditional Cornish cottage, including; a huge Smart TV and a small enclosed garden.

The Space:
Hosting 6 persons in 3 spacious bedrooms including a king, twin (2 x singles) and a bespoke bunk bedroom. The large and spacious open plan living and dining area is a great family space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day on the beach. Both Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth are dog friendly year round and if your dog loves the beach & the coastal walkies as much as ours, they will have the best holiday ever! We welcome one well behaved furry friend.

Guest Access:
There is a lock box style key safe for access.

The Neighborhood:
Sandwiched perfectly between Watergate Bay; renowned for being one of Newquay’s best family beaches and a haven for surf lovers, sided with stunning cliff drops over 2 miles of uninterrupted, golden sands and Mawgan Porth; a charming settlement at the mouth of the River Menalhyl with some magnificent cliff and coastal walks makes a stay at Hebaska a must!

Mawgan Porth has been dubbed "Hollywood on the Sea" after it has become an increasingly popular holiday destination for the stars.

Getting Around:
The house is roughly a 22 minute walk/ 5 minute drive down to Mawgan Porth Beach (don't forget you will have to come back UP the hill if you decide to walk).

Other Things to Note:
We would suggest you drive to the front of the house to get the key from the keysafe and that person opens the back door to let the driver in the rear of the house once they have parked the car.
