South facing, this stylish, reverse-level Eco House has everything for exclusive family living. On arrival electric gates access the secure, private car park. Once inside, you are struck by the attention to detail taken throughout; your holiday home has air source power with underfloor heating, with an interior designed to provide a luxurious stay including statement artwork by Kurt Jackson, terraced sun decks to the rear, stunning top floor balcony and a superbly equipped Ballerina kitchen, forming part of the light, spacious open plan living area. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, family bathroom and a separate shower room with fine Villeroy and Boch fittings. In the main lounge area there is a 65” Sony TV, a ceramic dining table, twin sofas and chairs. The stylish kitchen awaits with a range of kitchenalia including a Quooker and fully integrated appliances. A light oak and glass staircase accesses all floors adorned in light oak whilst on the top floor discover a large bedroom suite with LG 48” TV, seating area, large shower room and balcony. Outside there is a large storage shed for surfboards and a hot and cold outside shower to wash off the salt and sand from wetsuits and surf boards! To the front are two dedicated parking spaces.
