We had a truly enjoyable stay! The staff was warm, engaging, and genuine. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was a pleasure speaking with them. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere welcoming.
The only real challenge we had was finding our room. The hotel layout is a bit confusing, possibly due to past renovations. We were given a pamphlet with instructions, but it didnât clearly explain how to get to our room or mention any shortcuts. It took us about 15 minutes to locate it, and we werenât alone. We met six other guests during check-in who were also in town for their childrenâs graduation. Later, we ran into them on the second floor, and they were still trying to find their rooms. We had to call the front desk for help, and someone came quickly, which we really appreciated.
When my husband and I returned from our event later that evening, we ran into Josiah, the maintenance technician, outside. He kindly offered to help us find our room and walked us through with professionalism and care. Josiah was a standout genuine, helpful, and dedicated. Youâre lucky to have him on your team..
This isnât a complaint just a kind suggestion. Clearer instructions in the pamphlet and a little more direction training would go a long way. The staff was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.
