This bright and sunny, dog friendly room is located on Historic Spring Street. The room boasts a queen sized bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Newly installed mini splits keep this room nice and cool or cozy and warm depending on your preference. Can't beat the location, walking to all that Newport has to offer!

86 Spring Street is one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Maryâs Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.
Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of our guests.
There are two off street parking spots which are on a first come, first serve basis. There are, however, paid public parking lots on Church Street,and also one on Clarke St. which are both just two blocks away. There is also the option of parking for free at another Windward Lot which is a ten minute walk away located off Broadway. Please contact us if you will be needing access to this lot.
86 Spring Street is a five unit building located on Historic Spring Street. Unit One is located on the first floor and is the perfect little retreat after a day spent wandering around downtown. The room was recently refreshed with new wall to wall carpet, furniture and decor. There is a shared brick patio with a picnic table and patio furniture located in the rear of the building.
All of Windwards properties are professionally cleaned between guests and come outfitted in high end linens and towels.
Aside from the cleanliness of the space, it is in one of the most sought after locations in Newport. You are steps away from Thames Street, Bannisters & Bowens Wharf, and endless restaurants, bars, and shopping.
