The Balboa Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry are just a short distance away as well.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (a 45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

IMPORTANT HOME NOTES - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING

Construction Notice: There is active construction next door from November 2025 through September 2026. The City of Newport Beach permits work between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays only, with no weekend or holiday construction. Additionally, from April 13 through May 22, structural maintenance and earthquake retrofitting will take place beneath the home. Work may occur Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., and guests may experience noise and worker presence during these hours. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience.

There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

-There are no BBQs on the Property.
