Notre studio supĂ©rieur arriĂšre, qui comprend un loft en prime, a Ă©tĂ© soigneusement restaurĂ© et meublĂ© avec goĂ»t pour accueillir des escapades cĂŽtiĂšres privĂ©es pour les cĂ©libataires, les couples ou les petites familles, Ă  la recherche d'un accĂšs Ă  la plage ou Ă  la baie Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  des prix dĂ©fiant toute concurrence. Une marche facile d'un demi-bloc dans une direction mĂšne au magnifique ocĂ©an Pacifique; Âœ pĂątĂ© de maisons, l'autre direction mĂšne au tout aussi beau port de Newport. Les deux destinations offrent de multiples options pour de superbes loisirs et excursions aquatiques, pour lesquelles Newport Beach est rĂ©putĂ©. Pour les voyageurs qui prĂ©fĂšrent un rythme plus dĂ©tendu, le balcon privĂ© - accessible par une grande porte coulissante en verre - offre une oasis spacieuse de l'agitation de la ville Ă  l'ombre d'un parapluie ou en plein soleil.

L'entrĂ©e du rez-de-chaussĂ©e sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ© mĂšne au niveau principal supĂ©rieur du studio, oĂč la disposition des lits queen est le point central de toutes les commoditĂ©s. La tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble, un bureau, une causeuse en cuir et juste au-delĂ , une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e et une table Ă  manger pour 2 personnes sont flanquĂ©es de tous les cĂŽtĂ©s. Des touches d'un thĂšme nautique classique rappellent aux clients leur environnement balnĂ©aire. Les points architecturaux d'origine du dĂ©but des annĂ©es 1960 ont Ă©tĂ© merveilleusement prĂ©servĂ©s: panneau de perle, encastrĂ©s et boiseries rappelant l'intĂ©rieur d'un bateau.

La chambre en mezzanine, qui est meublĂ©e de deux lits jumeaux, est accessible par une Ă©chelle et est strictement interdite aux jeunes enfants en raison d'une extrĂȘme prudence qui doit ĂȘtre exercĂ©e Ă  tout moment avec l'ouverture apparente en haut. Les parents doivent faire preuve de discrĂ©tion lorsqu'ils envisagent cet hĂ©bergement.

STATIONNEMENT: Il n'y a pas de parking désigné, mais il y a un parking non mesuré, mesuré et payant dans tout le quartier. Tous les parkings payants dans la ville de Newport Beach sont gratuits aprÚs 18h. m. jusqu'à 8 a. m. Assurez-vous de lire tous les panneaux de signalisation!

Un vrai régal au moment de Noël est le défilé de lumiÚres du bateau du port de Newport, qui passe juste à cÎté du quai public de la 15e rue: un siÚge au premier rang pour le meilleur spectacle de la ville est à quelques mÚtres du studio loft; un spectacle de feux d'artifice spectaculaire est donné les premiÚres et derniÚres nuits du défilé de bateaux au large de l'un des deux piliers emblématiques sur le front de mer - c'est une occasion à retenir!

De fabuleux restaurants sont abondants dans toute la péninsule de Newport / Balboa, et beaucoup d'entre eux sont facilement accessibles à pied ou à vélo. Very cute cozy clean home, great location, close to both ocean and bay. Kitchen and bath were adequate and well-stocked. Only drawback was that it's an upper unit, with 12 very steep steps to get in and out, which somehow I missed when booking. Otherwise a charming place and very good rental company to communicate with!

The second floor was very creaky and is all open with no privacy. It worked for us bc we're family. There is no a/c and we used the place during a heat wave. It makes sleeping at night hard if you need a/c to sleep. We know that places in the area don't usually have a/c bc they don't need it often.

Good location

I really enjoyed the location of the property it’s a block away from the beach and the host was quick to answer questions. My biggest complaint is it was not well stocked. There is 0 seasonings or any extras in the kitchen at all just some dishes and toaster, no extra towels, a kuerig but no coffee. It’s nice to stay in a VRBO because it’s convenient to have things a hotel doesn’t have. It is also tough to have a 3pm check in and 10am check out time.

Amazing Beach Getaway

We loved the location of this property in relation to beach access, as well as all the other attractions on the peninsula. We could walk to restaurants and shops. We felt safe, and the location was at a premium spot for where we needed and wanted to go. The airport is close by so that was convenient as well.

Good Location, Skin Deep Quality

To start with the positives, it’s a great location. 15th has great access to the beach and easily can reach either pier in the area. Cleanliness within the unit was good. The patio was nice and shaded well. And to be honest, the patio is the highlight of the location. The A-frame style is pretty fun as well. They do a good job to maximize the usable space. Now for the negatives. Walking up to the unit, the smell of full trash cans rolls over you. You basically have to squeeze by the numerous full trash cans to get into the unit. Very unbecoming and really would hope the entrance was not walking by that. The unit was HOT! Weather while we visited was only 81 at the high. However, when we showed up it was at least 15 degrees hotter inside than out. Why wouldn’t the company make sure the unit was comfortable for us on check in? None of the fans were on. All the windows were shut. And to be honest, this problem persisted even with us opening all windows and turning on all fans. You will get no breeze coming through the place because it sits 90 degrees to the typical wind direction. We had a beach chair that was ripped on arrival and when we called to report it, it took a full day for them to replace it. In the loft, there are no handrails to prevent anyone from falling down the ship ladder from the top. And the floor was so unstable up there, I’m not sure I would want to be up there or even put a kid up there. Definitely not safe. Also, nothing was plugged in. No lights, nothing. Other weird things were tinfoil on every cooking surface, including the BBQ. Or windows missing screens. Or the dead plant on the patio. One of our emails prior to checking said the wait would be worth it. I wouldn’t agree. So if all you care about it location, good spot. Otherwise, maybe look elsewhere.

Perfect Stay!

I stayed with my 5 year old and 8 year old grandsons. The set up was perfect as they slept upstairs (and thought that was the coolest!), while I slept downstairs. We were a block from the ocean and a block from the bay. Ideal location. The amenities were just what was needed and the unit may have been the cleanest unit I have ever rented!!

Amazing location!

We loved our visit to Newport and our stay in this great rental. It had everything we needed and was an extremely short walk to the beach and up the boardwalk to restaurants and shops. We also loved the condo's big patio area where we could hang out in the cool beach air. The communication from the property manager was very clear, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple and easy to execute. Would love to come back again!

Such a well appointed place - location can NOT be beat. Having our bike rental ready and waiting was such a nice touch and we had so much fun biking around the boardwalk and town . Everything we needed was on site-- 15th Street surf shop is a great place to do wetsuit rentals. Property Managers were SO helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back

Great time!!

The property manager was very helpful. The property was perfect for 4 of us. The market is less than a block walk. The beach is a block walk. Very clean. The only suggestion is to change the physical key to a lock door code so the guests do not need to have an extra stop to pick up the physical key at a separate office. We had a great time and great weather.

Great beach bungalow, high maintenance protocol and management company.

This was the perfect location for a Newport Beach long weekend getaway. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and main boardwalk located in between Newport pier & Balboa pier. 10 min walk to Newport Pier and all it’s shops and restaurants. The deck is fabulous and we loved the property itself! However, renter beware, the city and management company is high maintenance and none of the reviews I read mention this, so maybe it’s new protocol, but it is a consideration renters should be aware of so they know what they are getting into before renting. We’ve been using vacation rental companies for over a decade and this was one of the highest maintenance ones we’ve encountered. Aside from multiple required signed agreements, including insanely strict city noise ordinances (which include $1000-$5000 fines for normal talking level noise between 10 PM-10 AM), rules and regulations etc, renters are required to pick up and drop off keys IN PERSON between the hours of 10 AM & 5PM when checking in and out at an office located a 10 minute drive from the property. This works fine if you’ve rented a car and arrive during those hours. However if you arrive outside those hours, be prepared for your vacation to be interrupted, requiring you to pay for transportation to the rental office before noon the next day or you could be charged a $25 fee. I would think after all we’ve learned from the pandemic, this process could be done remotely as standard protocol, allowing guests to enjoy their holiday while still fulfilling the requirements. Aside from the things mentioned above, (which did negatively affect our experience as it interrupted our first day of vacation dealing with the in person check in procedure, we also felt like we couldn't sit out on the patio and listen to music or have lively or laughing conversation due to the noise ordinance), that said, the location and beach bungalow is great, we loved our stay and would stay there again.

First stay in Newport beach

The description is 100% correct: the location is perfect : 200 yards' walk to the beach and a lovely walk in the boardwalk to the Newport pier and bars/restaurants. We had no car and used Ubers occasionally after grocery shopping. The Pavillion supermarket is the nearest store (about 20 mins walk) and I just took an Uber back. We thought the apartment was perfect - kitchen was adequately equipped. No washing machine or dishwasher was no problem for a nine day stay.

Awesome Location!

My fiance and I stayed at this property for 6 days in mid September and had an awesome stay! The house was perfect size for just the two of us. There was a loft upstairs with 2 single beds so you could have slept 4 here but that would be veryyy tight FYI. The location of this house is GREAT for anything you want to do. 30 second walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to bars/restaurants/pier/shopping. There was no air conditioning in the house which was only really missed when we came home in the middle of the day when it was 85 degrees out but at night it cooled down to lows in the 60's so it was very comfortable to sleep and wake up to a cool ocean air. The girl we dealt with at the beachview office was super nice and helpful (first desk on the left) when we came to check in after having to check in late due to a 6 PM flight arrival. All in all an awesome place to stay and highly recommend this house and this company in the future. We'll be back next year!

Really enjoyed our stay in Balboa, the apartment was perfectly appointed for our family to recover from a long flight. Location excellent, close to so many eating options and the beach just across the road. Highly recommend.
