Located at 3980 Seashore Drive, enjoy the ground-floor 3BR/2BA and the second-floor 5BR/3BA residence.

Ground level features a comfortable living space with sofa seating, streaming TV, and dining for six. Upstairs offers a second living area with sofa seating, streaming TV, and dining for 6â8.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: Each home offers a coin-operated washer and dryer located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Complimentary laundry supplies are provided; however, guests must provide their own quarters.
Parking: Eight (8) designated spaces. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.
