Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located along the second-level hallway, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.
Parking: Four garage spaces that accommodate most regular-sized vehicles, accessed via rear alley. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

No cameras are installed inside the home, and all devices are used solely for exterior security. The property is also equipped with noise-monitoring technology, such as decibel readers, to help protect the home, support guest safety, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
