3610 Seashore Drive is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This spacious lower unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 designated parking spot. With beach views from the large front patio and walking distance to Newport Pier, grocery store and restaurants, this home has all the necessities.
The spacious living and dining area provides ample room for relaxation and dining. The compact but well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your cooking needs along with ample storage.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Both bedrooms are adjacent to a large hall bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. The sofa in the living room folds out into a bed.
The home offers exceptional sunset views and cool ocean breezes. The spacious patio has plenty of comfortable seating, and a barbecue. Make lifelong memories playing in the surf and searching out favorite spots in the area as a family.
The shared laundry room has a washer and dryer. The unit has one carport space and one additional designated parking space.
The beach at 36th Street is perfect for sunning, swimming, and surfing. The jetties at 32nd and 36th St keep the waves manageable for most of the year and shape the waves to make the beach here family-friendly.
Exploring the Peninsula by bicycle or on foot is easy via the boardwalk at 36th. The Newport Pier area is just a short stroll from the rental, with dozens of shops and local eateries. The Peninsulaâs only grocery store and dozens of shops and eateries are all just a short walk away.

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
