A charming, inviting brick patio, with Mediterranean style landscaping, a table, and a barbecue for al fresco dining welcome you to this 2600 square foot 4 bedroom, 3 bath
original beach house with knotty pine paneling in the living and 2 downstairs bedrooms - giving this cottage its warm, cozy feeling.
The expansive living room has high vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace âĂĂŹ with lots of room to enjoy family or catch-up time.
The living room opens to a beautiful, recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a chefâĂĂŽs range, and a French door refrigerator. There is a dining area in this great room between the living room and kitchen. One great room where everyone can be together!
An added bonus! There is also a sun room where you can relax and read that leads to the completely new upstairs where there is a expansive master king bedroom, with a full en suite bath, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and plenty of room to read or relax.
Next to the master bedroom is another loft type of area with another king bed and a beautifully updated bathroom with a rain shower and marble tiles, a large flat screen TV, and a comfortable chair too.
There are also two bedrooms downstairs âĂĂŹ one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom downstairs that has been completely upgraded with honey onyx tiles. All bedrooms and baths are furnished with luxurious linens for your ultimate comfort.
This wonderful vacation home rounds itself out with WiFi, and a double car garage in the back so you donâĂĂŽt need to worry about parking. There are also 4 cruising bikes for guests to use, and if needed, this home also has central heating.
A vintage, fun island with lots of things to do and a beautiful home on Newport Bay where everything is wonderfully easy âĂĂŹ all you need do is add the people, the food, and the fun to create a memorable vacation for all!
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
It is an ideal location on gorgeous Balboa Island in the middle of Newport Bay where the main street is a throwback to the 50âĂĂŽs with shopping, malt shops (literally) and lots of restaurants.
Balboa Island Ferry, two streets away, will take you to Balboa Beach Pier, where you can relax and watch the sunset over the island, or even play cards.
Upgraded, modern, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities that might not be expected at this price range.
Its front porch where you can relax, watch the goings on of this very cozy old-fashioned street, watch the sunset, eat outside, and play cards with friends.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
