Love the house and the proximity to the beach. The a/c was a huge bonus, since not all rentals have that option. We also really like that beach toys, towls, chairs, and boogy boards were available to use as well. That was a big selling point for us, not having to bring our own.

Nice vacation

Nice location, good parking, good for bike riding, close to stores and restaurants, nice quality towels. Loved the balcony and shade awning. The unit smelled and looked clean on arrival. There were a few things that could use some improvement. The quality and quantity of kitchenware e.g, plates, glassware, pots and pans, utensils both eating and cooking. They are in pretty sad shape. Bar stools a bit tired. A few extra dish towels, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher soap for a group this size would have been helpful also. Initially we had an ant problem, the tub drain was clogged, and a few light bulbs were burned out, but maintenance came the next day and corrected the issues. These things should be items addressed before next tenant arrives. All in all though the unit worked out nicely for our family vacation and we would consider coming back. Thank you.

We booked very last minute, to be exact three days before check-in date.From booking, to check in, to location and view. This was a fantastic stay. Definitely will be back to do it again. Excellent customer service, location is fantastic!! House was extremely clean. No issues no problems. Looking to rebook again!

The bathtub drains really slow and needs a plumber to clear it.The flooring transition pieces from kitchen needs fixing.Most of all the BBQ is in need of replacement.Location is great and love the layout and the fact that it has A/C is a plus.Not being able to BBQ was a big let down tho.Last year the manager meet us on day 1 for check in and the last day for check out,this year we never saw him.

Great location

Location was excellent. House overall was clean minus an ant problem which I think is common in the area. You are right across the street from the beach which was great. They do limit the number of people you can have stay which I wasn’t aware when I booked. We didn’t have a huge group so it didn’t pose a big problem, just wish that was more clear up front. Bedding and kitchen utensils seems a bit worn. But overall the family had a body and it was a nice place to stay.

Steps away from the Beach!

Great Beach Property with Great Management! We felt right home and our family of 6 had a great time. The kids loved that they didn't have to put on shoes to go out to the beach and we enjoyed the comfortable sofa at night watching movies and listening to the waves crash outside. Great Access

The property was excellent. Great access to the Beach, 2 parking spots. Easy walk for Coffee and snacks. The AC was nice do the the Heat wave for sleeping. Will rent this on again!
