Welcome to Your 1200 SQFT Ground Floor Beach Townhouse



Enjoy the privacy of your own entire ground floor unit in our 2-unit duplex. Completely separate from the upstairs unit, this spacious townhouse offers comfort, convenience, and all the amenities you need for a perfect stay.



Bedrooms and Bedding:



Each of the 3 bedrooms features a cozy Queen pillowtop bed.

Both living room sofas convert into full-size beds for additional sleeping options.

A twin memory foam rollaway bed is stored in the closet, ready for use wherever needed.

For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack N Play baby crib and a high chair.

Plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters, and pillows are available for your comfort.

Parking:



A private garage is available for compact cars (16 FT wide, 8 FT high).

Free overnight street parking is also available (limited availability on weekends/holidays). Note the street sweeping schedules on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

Entertainment:



Enjoy 4 Smart HDTVs with streaming capabilities, including live TV and cable channels through YouTube TV.

Free high-speed WIFI across the entire home (Upload: 20 Mbps, Download: 200 Mbps, speed may vary based on usage).

Amazing neighborhood and town. If you like to surf, head down to The Wedge, which has some of the best waves around. Families in particular will love the Balboa Fun Zone which offers arcade games and carnival-style rides. You may also want to check out the Newport Beach Pier, do a little shopping and people-watching throughout the town, and bike or walk along the oceanfront Newport Balboa Bike Trail. With so much to do - and easy access to other nearby communities such as Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach - you will have the time of your lives!

The house itself was nice and cozy. There is a nice secluded beach approximately 3 blocks away from the home. It is located in a quite condo community, a nice and safe neighborhood. Parking on the street is very tight but at least there was thev1 car garage where one could park. There is a nice Italian restaurant at the end of the street and a corner convenience store next to that. My family enjoyed our stay there.

Nice place! Great location! The little portable AC units in each room was a great touch! (But you have to be aware and empty the water buckets associated with them) A couple things to note; it’s definitely a small one car garage that takes some skill getting into! Definitely pay attention to street sweeping parking signs, but we had no problem finding multiple spots. The use of the provided beach chairs was great but bring your own beach towels, as the towels provided were small shower towels, and microfiber hand towels. There wasn’t any wine glasses but we just used the short cocktail glasses provided and actually brought some plastic cups! Use of the BBQ (bring a metal spatula) and front patio area really made for a great time! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Everything we wanted was within a 5 min walk. Only slight issues was their was one bathroom was left a little dirty and I’d argue the pictures make it look slightly bigger than it actually is but everything else was perfect. Host was a fantastic communicator.

Not what it seems !

This place looks good but once you check in it’s not what it appears to be at all! Place was very dirty , floors filthy, dirt , dust and sand. Food hair on all the sheets! There was a leak from vent in kitchen when the AC was on , out of our control since there are portable ones in rooms but main one not set up. In fact none of AC units set up and I never used one before . The leak from vent dripped on to our phones that were sitting on counter charging. It was very interesting because once we all saw what was happening and started to complain somehow that AC was shut off and never turned back on again.? Sure we had cameras on us for sure.There was mold growing around the vent and it smelled like mold. We really did force ourselves to stay there, but we didn’t want to stay. It was really disgusting.. The couches were old and decrepit they would be pulled out to sleep on. I would never sleep on that furniture. It was not kept up.at all. Overall, the location of the unit was great, but everything else was not up to par.

Great Close to the Beach Spot

Great spot for a quick getaway that’s a short walk to the beach. Nicely appointed with most essentials, and pretty roomy. Only 2 suggestions: 1) Update the Modem/Router as the Internet/WiFi is very slow, and doesn’t reach to the rear bedrooms. 2) The tile floor was pretty dirty and could use a good cleaning.

This is like a mini vacation because we have a slab leak and we live nearby. A very cozy well Stockholm walking to the ocean. Anytime I called the helpline. I thought it. I highly recommend this location.

We loved our stay. We had a couple of minor issues at the beginning but owners were quick to respond and take care of things. The house was great and in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. It was fun to sit out on the patio for meals or just to chat. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the beach was never too crowded! The beds were comfortable and there are AC units in each bedroom which quickly cool down the room. Just a heads up: the garage is small! In the description it says the garage is for a compact car and that is true. We have a compact SUV and it fit but it was hard to get in and out of if there were cars parked in the carport across from us. Also you cannot access the garage from the house - you have to walk out and around. Overall it was a great place to stay and we loved our time there.

Good unit and location - needs more upkeep

Good location and food, coffee, mart just around corner. Unable to park in garage due to back neighbors parking their cars in front of their garage including a very long Ford transit van. With crowded street parking the inability to use the garage was very inconvenient. Upon arrival, the unit was dirty - sand on floors, stains/smells on sofas, portable AC units not hooked up, screens not in all windows, towel hanging up to cover part of master window, dirty bed linens left in hallway in basket. After a few days, front door lock battery went dead and the door could not be locked. Mgmt. replaced battery quickly. Mgmt tried to schedule a cleaning but the crew was a no-show on the 3rd day and offered to come back at an inconvenient time of 8pm. If the place was properly cleaned and maintained, and garage access was possible, the unit would be a great rental.

Great location was perfect for our family

We loved our stay at this property. It is a short walk to the beach, where it was mostly uncrowded and peaceful. The property was clean and even had some beach toys for us to borrow. This would be a fantastic place for families with young children, as it has a high chair, stroller, and pack n play in the closets. We loved it for our grown family to stay as we celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary for our parents. Though the location is only one street over from the highway, we found it to be quiet and comfortable.

Family getaway

We comfortable condo for a family get together. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Owner has staff available to answer calls and address concerns. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. We had a great time. Will rent again as well as check his other properties.
