Welcome to White Cockatoo, a peaceful absolute beachfront home set along the quiet sands of Newell Beach. This relaxed tropical retreat is ideal for couples or small families seeking privacy, space, and direct access to the beach.

Inside the main house, youâll find a living and dining area designed for easy coastal living. The functional kitchen allows for relaxed home cooking, while large windows invite natural light and fresh ocean air. The atmosphere is simple, tropical, and welcoming.

âą One bedroom with a single bed
The master bedroom is located separately from the main house and is accessed via the back deck. This private space features a king bed, with the separate shower and toilet conveniently positioned off the deck beside the bedroom.
Please note: the master bedroom, shower, and toilet are detached from the main house and require stepping outside via the deck to access them. This unique layout adds privacy but may not suit all guests.
Outdoors is where White Cockatoo truly shines. The private backyard flows directly onto the beachfront, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and coastal nature. Spend your days beachcombing, fishing, or simply relaxing in the yard with the sound of the waves in the background. Fire up the BBQ for sunset dinners and unwind under clear tropical skies.
The black shed at the back of the property is not accessible to guests. The outdoor dining area and BBQ are fully available for your use.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
