Welcome to our unique and family-friendly 2-bedroom retreat, perfect for up to 4 guests. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, the home comes with all essential amenities to ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay. Whether youâre traveling with family or friends, youâll enjoy a cozy atmosphere, well-equipped spaces, and a great base to explore the area and make lasting memories.
The Space:
This cosy 2-bedroom unit is located on the upper part of the apartment and comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The space features one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Bright and welcoming, itâs ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a convenient base with everything you need to feel at home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Tynemouth, just minutes from stunning beaches such as King Edwardâs Bay and Longsands. Guests can enjoy scenic coastal walks, explore the historic Tynemouth Priory and Castle, or take the family to Tynemouth Aquarium and Tynemouth Park for a fun-filled day.
The neighborhood is also known for its vibrant food scene. From the famous Rileyâs Fish Shack on the beach to local favorites like Longsands Fish Kitchen, Dil & the Bear, and Lola Jeans, thereâs something to satisfy every craving. On weekends, the lively Tynemouth Market at the Metro Station offers antiques, street food, and local crafts.
Transport links are excellent, with Tynemouth Metro Station a short walk away, providing direct access to Newcastle city centre in around 25 minutes. This makes it easy to combine a peaceful coastal stay with the buzz of the city.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of ÂŁ300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a ÂŁ100 replacement fee is required.
At Vacant Nests, weâre dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a ÂŁ400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a ÂŁ40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to ÂŁ500 of accidental damage during the stay.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
