Nearby, you'll find the convenience of shops, cafes, and restaurants for your daily needs and dining. High Barnes Park, a lush green space, is a short walk away.
Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.
This friendly community boasts tree-lined streets, making it ideal for leisurely strolls. Nearby, you'll find the convenience of shops, cafes, and restaurants for your daily needs and dining pleasures. High Barnes Park, a lush green space, is a short walk away, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities.
You have access to the full property
When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a long hallway leading you into your two spaces double bedrooms and then on into your living/dining room. Off from the centre of the property you have your additional bedroom and your kitchen which leads you to your fully functional bathroom.
By Train:
The nearest major train station is Sunderland Station, located approximately 1.5 miles from the property.
From the station, you can take a taxi (about 5â10 minutes) or use local bus services.
By Bus:
Several local buses stop near the property.
From Sunderland City Centre, take a bus heading towards High Barnes or Barnes Park.
Alight at Chester Road / Royalty Theatre stop, then itâs a short walk (around 5 minutes) to High Barnes Terrace.
By Car:
If driving, the property is easily accessible via Chester Road (A183).

From Newcastle Airport:
Take the Metro from the airport to Sunderland Station (approximately 1 hour).
From there, continue via taxi or bus as above.
