A charming studio apartment in Sunderland city centre, set on an upper floor with great views. Ideally located right in the heart of town, youâll be just steps away from everything Sunderland has to offer. Designed with budget-conscious travellers in mind, the studio includes a handy kitchenette, a contemporary bathroom, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The Space:
This bright and compact studio offers stunning views across the city and out towards the sea. Inside, youâll find a cosy double bed dressed with crisp hotel-quality linen, a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals, and a sleek bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, complete with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Large windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing the impressive outlook. A perfect base in the heart of Sunderland. *Please be aware that the elevator in the building is currently out of order*
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the centre of town, you will be within easy walking distance of everything Sunderland has to offer. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep and the main shopping district is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Stadium of Light is a 20 minute walk, or a short drive/taxi ride. Just 5 mins from the studio you will find Mowbray Park, a lovely spot for a morning stroll and home to the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. Sunderland Train station is less than a 10 minute walk away. Hendon Beach is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of what Sunderland has to offer is within easy walking distance. Sunderland Train station is less than a 10 minute walk or a short taxi ride away. There are a number of bus routes servicing the road outside the building, linking other parts of the city. There are also regular trains to Central Newcastle taking around 40 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make basic meals. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.
 
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
 
For security reasons:

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
