Perfect for families, friends, or groups of up to six guests, the cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms and a welcoming atmosphere â an ideal base for exploring Tynemouthâs famous beaches, the North Shields waterfront and nearby Newcastle & Northumberland. With its character stone-and-brick build, modern conveniences such as underfloor heating throughout, and a cosy, homely vibe, Auty Cottage suits those seeking both comfort, coastal charm and superb location. A dog is welcome too, making it a great choice for a family getaway with your four-legged friend.

The property is arranged across two floors.
Ground Floor:
âą Kitchen & Dining Area â Open plan, fully equipped with double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, boiling water tap, toaster, dishwasher, and all essential kitchenware. A spacious dining table seats six, ideal for family meals or gatherings.
âą Living Room â Plenty of seating including a sofa and an armchair, ambient lighting, flatscreen TV, and plenty of decorative touches for a cosy, cottage-feel evening in.
âą Sunroom â Corner sofa, large bi-fold doors opening out into the garden, flat screen TV
âą Bedroom 1 â Queen bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside lighting. Spacious ensuite shower room
âą Utility Room - Washing machine & tumble dryer.
First Floor:
âą Bedroom 2 â Spacious master bedroom with exposed beams with king sized bed, large sliding wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and mirror

The first floor offers the master bedroom with king-sized bed and vaulted ceiling, and separate bedroom with bunk beds â accommodating families with children, groups of friends, or mixed travel parties. The large contemporary bathroom with freestanding bath and rainfall shower offers a space to unwind, and afternoons can be spent basking in the sun-soaked sunroom opening out to the garden - perfect for when travelling both as a couple, or with children and pets. Outside, the secluded garden/ patio area provides a quiet spot to relax, with a BBQ and hot outdoor shower (perfect for after sea-swims), and on-street parking nearby makes arrival and departure hassle-free.
