The living flows onto a large wrap-around balconyâperfect for soaking in the view. Features include ducted air, washer & dryer, nespresso machine & a car space.
Enjoy an unbeatable location with luxury touches, in the heart of Newcastle's harbour precinct.
The Space:
Conveniently located, the apartment is just 170 meters from the Newcastle Interchange, providing light rail access through the city to the East End and connections to trains heading north and south.
There is a convenience store & bottle shop within the building as well as an Italian restaurant.
Close by is a Yoga & Pilates studio where my guests enjoy a discount.
Guests also have access to the building's gym.
Hotel type servicing is not available during your stay allowing significant discounts to longer stays. Approx. 7 days worth of advertised consumables will be provided to long stays.
This apartment has an indoor and outdoor dining setting for four.

- Parking height limit: 2.03 metres
