Our charming 2-bedroom garden villa is the ideal spot for a family break or a relaxing weekend with friends. Designed with comfort and connection in mind, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining areas, and beautiful garden views from your private balconies – the perfect place to unwind.

This villa is privately owned and managed, and when booked through Weekenda at Caves Bungalows, you’ll also have access to the resort’s pool, bar, and restaurant.

Booking Information & Essentials

Pricing
Rates are based on a set number of guests. Any extras will be charged per person, per night – calculated automatically when you enter guest numbers. Reductions in guests after booking are non-refundable.

Arrival & Access
Check-in is from 3pm. You'll receive an SMS with your access code just before arrival. If early check-in is available, we’ll let you know the afternoon before.

Linen
We supply one set of bed linen and one bath towel per guest. You’re welcome to bring extras and don’t forget beach/pool towels.

Eco-Friendly Touches
We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers to help reduce waste. You may like to bring your own favourite toiletries too.

Pool Access
Enjoy the resort pool from 6am–9pm (Oct–Apr) and 7am–5pm (May–Sept).

A Few Important Notes

Guest Numbers & Visitors
The number on your booking is the max allowed on the property, including any visitors. Thinking of having someone over? Just reach out – we’re usually fine with a quick BBQ with Mum and Dad, but not a gathering of 10 extra people.

No Parties
This is a peaceful, residential area. We have a strict no-party and no-excessive-noise policy. Breaches may lead to eviction or extra charges, and we’d hate for that to happen.

Security & Monitoring
There are no cameras at this villa, though the Caves Bungalows resort may have cameras in shared areas. A noise monitoring device is installed to help maintain a pleasant stay for everyone. Tampering with it can result in fines.

Guest Registration
All guests must complete a digital registration form and provide ID (driver’s licence or passport) before arrival. This helps us ensure smooth communication and access. Details are deleted post-stay.

Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 5 days of arrival, we require a photo of the credit card (matching your ID). This is simply to prevent fraud and keep things secure for all guests.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind – especially for concert weekends or unexpected changes. Great options include Cover-More, Travel Insurance Direct or Insureandgo.
