This tastefully designed property comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two luxurious king-size beds. This is 1 of just 2 units in the building. Enjoy a prime location mere steps away from the picturesque waterfront, State Street, Rail Trail, charming shops, and award-winning dining options. Additionally, the beautiful Plum Island's beaches are just a short 3-mile drive away.

â« We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important - The fireplace is inoperable and not to be used. The second level deck is also not to be used. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Newburyport is a quintessential New England seacoast community boasting numerous restaurants, free summer outdoor concerts, shopping, antiquing, performing arts center, maritime museum, whale watches, dinner cruises, deep sea fishing, kayaking and more. Plum Island is only 4 miles away where youâll find the Parker River Wildlife Refuge and miles of beautiful sandy beach or enjoy Maudsley State Park, only 3 miles away, with its great hiking and cycling trails. Newburyport/Plum Island is world-famous as a ânatural historyâ destination. Recognized as one of the nationâs finest birdwatching areas, birders and nature enthusiasts from around the world come to this area. There are whale watch cruises with Newburyport Whale Watch, deep-sea fishing boats, evening party boats, public docks, sunset cruises, and harbor tours. Numerous yacht clubs and marinas are within a short distance of downtown.
