There is lots to experience in Newbury. It's a perfect base to nip out to the town center, race course, train station is just 5 minutes away. All sorts of shops are nearby. I live close by hence you have the privacy but if you want anything just please give me a call. Check-in is flexible providing I have the flat ready. If not it will be for the times provided in the app. With the smart lock you can enter the flat at your convenience. without the need for me to actuallypass on the keys.
The space
Flexible self-contained studio apartment alternative to a hotel allowing you all the conveniences of a hotel stay but with the extra space to relax in and to feel at home. It has a living area with a double sofa-bed and a double bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a studio hence the up to 4 is more if you are on a budget or with kids. Please see pictures for details.

You can cook your own food and relax while either watching telly or surfing super fast internet.

The flat is on the top floor which is an extra bonus in case you like to sleep with the open window without stressing out a cat might jump in.

There is plenty of parking and the area is safe. I left my car open few times already and she is still there :)

I offer accommodation on a per night basis. I prefer longer stays min 2 nights but if you need just a day stay I m sure I will try to help you too. So if you are arriving in Newbury for a meeting and need to freshen up just contact me! Apartment offers unlimited internet access, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances including a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. few toiletries, hair dryer, iron and the board. Hence whether you are in Newbury for business or pleasure my apartment will give you the comfort and luxury to make your stay a pleasurable experience.

I had a smart lock installed hence all you need is a code from me and you can access the apartment on your own. That's perfect if your arrival time is not set and gives us a bit more freedom and stress free check in. If you need anything while you are in the flat already then please just call me and I ll help.

This srudio apartment is situated a stone’s throw away from Newbury Racecourse and is within max 10 minutes walking distance to Newbury Town Centre and Newbury Train station. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets and gyms are all within walking distance.

Remember that unlimited 50MB fibre optic internet is included too.
You can connect via cat5 cable or WiFi. Just scan the q code or type in the password. Airbnb app itself has an option to connect you direct.
Other things to note
Directions:
M4 take junction 13 and follow signs to Newbury Town Centre. When you reach the Robinhood Roundabout take the 3rd Exit signposted A339 / Town Centre. Next round about (Sainsbury on your left) take the 3rd exit (straight ahead, stay on the dual carriage way). Next Roundabout with Burger King on your left - take a left, then right at the mini roundabout. Drive past the vets and just before you get to the next mini roundabout there is a road on the right - Eeklo - turn right here and follow the road to the end. BTW Eeklo is a Belgian twin town for Newbury in case you were wondering.

!!!! IMPORTANT !!! This property has very strict house rules. No loud activities. No party alowed. No loud music. No slamming the doors. Total silence after 10.00 pm. The guests that don't comply, will be subject for eviction.
