Summary:
Welcome to "Greenery & Waves" - this home is nestled in the heart of the coveted southern side of Plum Island where tranquility, wide beaches, and fishing are daily activities. This dog friendly ranch has a private primary bedroom, large outdoor space with plenty of outdoor seating, and parking. This home sleeps 6 across 3 queen bedrooms with ample space to spread out with the indoor and outdoor living areas. This home is minutes to the center of the island and 10 mins to downtown Newburyport.

⌠A/C in living areas and 2 back bedrooms (primary bedroom has casement windows and skylights so there's no AC here but plenty of sea breezes :)
⌠Large outdoor deck and dining space surrounded by trees
⌠Parking for 4 vehicles
⌠Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
Please note - there are roughly 10, relatively steep front steps to enter the home. These are not ideal for kids or those with mobility challenges. HOWEVER - there is alternative access via a gently sloping sandy path off to the right of the home. There are only two large granite steps up to the main level of the deck.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher. There is a drip coffee maker with provided coffee for those early beach mornings :)
Dining Room
The indoor dining area has seating for 6 with seagrass chairs! There is a window AC located in this room and tons of natural light.
Living Room
The living area has a large sectional couch with a large smart TV. Please note that the fireplace is inoperable.
Upper Stone Patio Area
There's a a plush outdoor seating area out here with planted hydrangeas and great sun all day.
Lower and Upper Deck
The deck area has tons of outdoor space. There are 4 rocking chairs, outdoor dining table with seating for 4, 2 lounging chairs perfect for nap time, and a large sectional. There is a gas grill out here as well.
The Primary Bedroom is located in its own wing off the kitchen and bathroom. There is a queen bed, skylights (please note there are no shades, so those that enjoy that morning sun should crash here ;), and clean provided linens. There is also access to the deck via two french doors. There is no AC in this room but there are plenty of windows and a great sea breeze at night.
The Second Bedroom is located in the middle of the home with a queen bed, clean provided linens, and a window AC unit. There is a washer and dryer in this room in a closed off closet. PLEASE NOTE, this room is on the smaller side but a perfect place to cool down and sleep after a day at the beach. There are solid double doors that close off the room for privacy.
The Third Bedroom is located on the corner of the home. There is a queen bed with clean provided linens, a smart TV and a window AC unit.
The main bathroom has a standing shower. There are clean provided bath towels for all guests. Please refrain from using the bath towels on the beach
The driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. The secondary access to the house is located to the right of the shed.
Our cleaners work hard to make sure this home is up to a high cleanliness standard. Please let us know privately if you have any concerns and we will happily address them :)

We use Minut, a privacy-compliant device that monitors overall volume levels (not conversations) so we can address noise concerns without interrupting your experience (or our lovely neighbors :). There is also a Ring doorbell camera located on the exterior of the property, positioned toward the entrance, to help keep guests and the home secure.
We are proud to follow Rent Responsibly standards, meaning we adhere to best-in-class guidelines designed to provide a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay. Our goal is to create an enjoyable experience while being respectful of the surrounding community.
