Entre les plages est un excellent emplacement. SituĂ© parmi les habitants, la plage est calme mĂȘme pendant la haute saison estivale. Ce n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas de la plage. La maison offre un bon salon et salle Ă  manger et la cuisine de style cuisine offre toutes les commoditĂ©s et des chambres confortables. Une chambre a un lit double superposĂ© et une simple sur le dessus. Il y a une douche extĂ©rieure supplĂ©mentaire pendant la saison estivale. Le pont est spacieux et il y a aussi un balcon de la chambre principale pour attraper les couchers de soleil.

Stefan was a very responsive, friendly host.Kitchen( which I believe is being redone shortly) was extremely well equipped, fridge spotless, lots of ice, spices, every utensil and tons of dishes. Very easy to cook a legit meal. Upstairs master huge with a little balcony for Sunset. The location is perfect- across from a beautiful huge, quiet beach and easy access to things in town. Newburyport is a quick 5 min scenic drive. Lots of beach chairs , towels, toys. Huge deck and study umbrellas for gathering and outside dining. Outdoor shower great convenience and gives you a 2nd place if the inside shower is busy. Grill worked fine. All in all a wonderful sept visit!

We had a great month stay at Between the Beaches. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive. The house is fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. We loved the easy walk to the beach, outdoor shower, and upper deck with views and cool breezes. A new coffee/sandwich shop just opened right around the block.

A great beach vacation!

First off, Stefan is a tremendous host! He is responsive and thoughtful. We had an issue with a fuse, we called him and he helped fix the issue in the moment. We had no other issues for the remainder of the stay. He also left us a nice welcome bottle of wine with the house book of info! Stefan is also informative and let us know when there was an issue with something with the house (there is a lamp that was not working and he was sure to let us know). Second, the house was perfect! The bedrooms were comfortable, roomy and had everything you needed. Lots of room for your clothes, luggage, etc. The large deck was perfect for hanging out and having breakfast outside before it got too hot. Kitchen had everything we needed. Of note, the grill is a little small in the yard has seagrass which cannot be cut. So if you’re looking for a place to play cornhole or any kind of lawn games, there is no space . That wasn’t an issue for us, but I thought people should know. The living room had comfortable seating for 6-7 people. We watched the Olympics at night (there is no cable but can set up your subscriptions). Oh! I cannot say enough about the outside shower! It was perfect after a day at the beach or in the morning. Also water pressure is great! The location is perfect for wanting to get to the different beaches, restaurants in Newburyport, or even other locations on the north shore. We’ve been vacationing on Plum Island for years and “Between the Beaches” is one of the best places we’ve rented. The property is very clean and fully stocked. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Stefan was great. No complaints!

Between the beaches

Communication with Stefan from the time of booking throughout our stay was seamless and he is very responsive. The house was perfect, it was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It met our needs for the entire family, spacious, clean and it had amenities to help minimize the amount of stuff to bring for the trip. The location was great, a quick walk across the road and you are on the beach. He provided a great sheet of instructions and recommendations on local food and things to do. If we return to Plum Island we would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again Stefan.

Amazing Beach Week

We had a fantastic week on Plum Island. The house was great for our family--just steps away from the beach. The kids loved playing in the sand and surf. The island has so much to offer, and the shops and restaurants of Newburyport are just a short drive. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Perfect place and location for a great beach vacation

I have been staying on Plum Island since the early 80s and renting for the last 8 years. Between the beaches was one of my favorites. Vacationing with adult children, this house allowed everyone to go to the beach when they were ready. Priceless in my book of a stress free vacation. The house was perfect for 5. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor deck and grill were key since we did quite a few meals at the house. I already booked for 2024. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Stefan!!!

First vacation on Plum Island--a wonderful stay!

Stefan was very pleasant as he greeted us at the beach house and provided a basket of beach toys for our kids to enjoy during our stay. The house was clean and well-supplied and we especially appreciated the outdoor shower (the indoor shower has a wonderful waterfall shower head, but is slower draining). The kitchen was well-equipped (loved that it had a Keurig!) and Stefan has a number of strategically-placed nightlights throughout the house, which was very handy at night. All three bedrooms had A/C units that were quiet and efficient. Sipping our morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony was lovely and the beach is a very quick walk just across the street and up a sandy dune. The house is just a few minutes' walk to Mad Martha's for breakfast or a short drive to other Plum Island eateries. We went into Newburyport several times during our stay and enjoyed their Yankee Homecoming Festival with live bands each evening, sidewalk sales, and great restaurants. We also took advantage of a kayak tour and whale watch in Newburyport--both highly recommended! Thank you, Stefan, for a wonderfully relaxing stay in your nicely appointed home!

Loved Between the Beaches

Wonderful Beach Days

If you want to spend time at the beach, this is the place the be. The location is moments from the beach, which avoids any parking hassle on Plum Island. When we weren't enjoying the ocean, we were enjoying the beautiful weather on the deck. We highly recommend visiting!

Great location!

Family of 4 adults 2 kiddos and 1 chihuahua had a very lovely and relaxing stay at this comfortable home. Well appointed with everything we needed and plenty of room. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood steps from beach yet convenient to Newburyport with it's many restaurants, shops and trails. The nearby Parker River Wildlife Refuge is breathtaking. Stefan is a wonderful host very attentive.

Great house a few steps from the beach

Very comfortable and well equipped house. Just across the street from the marvellous beach. Short drive to town. Very quiet. Upper master room beautiful. Air conditioning in most of the house and rooms, except first floor bedroom which can get warm during hot days. Stefan is a great host, very attentive and quick to reply to any questions we had. We are a family of 6 with a 16 months grandson for his first time at the beach. It was the perfect place and we would for sure go back. The house is being upgraded by Stefan, upstairs room are newly done, so was the deck which was great for our dinner together. Next planed upgrade is the kitchen which will make this house even better and bring it to a full 5 stars!

Wonderful Beach House

Very comfortable space with 2 nice private master bedrooms, balcony & patio. We rented this house 6 years ago& loved it. Recent upgrades have made it even nicer. So close to the beautiful beach & lovely bay views. Gracious, responsive host.

Perfect beach house

This is a perfect beach house. We were two adult couples, but there was an extra bedroom with a bunk bed that would sleep 2-3 more people. Very near beach access path. Loved the outdoor shower! We would stay here again.
