FYI: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Great Stay

This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host.

Exceptional and beautiful place/stay

Celebrated my birthday and the 4th of July here and it exceeded expectations. The house had everything imaginable. Loved the extra towels and blankets. There are many local restaurants and icecream places, beaches and a beautiful deck with a grill and fire pit. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to booking again. Fantastic!

Communication was exceptional and fast right from booking through the end of the stay. The listing and pictures are exactly what you get- it’s a beautiful home. Wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised by all the luxuries, including being steps from the beach! The house is clean, well stocked with what's needed for an enjoyable and comfortable time away from our hectic lives. We felt pampered like we were at a spa! Highly recommended!

Girls Weekend

We had a fantastic time! The house was just right for our small group of four women. The beach is beautiful and quiet and right across the street. It was so great to be able to walk to The Sunset Club and Plum Island Grille. Everything about this house was comfortable and easy! Great getaway! We absolutely loved it and hope to come again!
