The stations are located on the East Coast Mainline and offer direct services to locations across the UK including Carlisle, Edinburgh, Leeds, London and Plymouth.



Two bus routes operate in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea offering access to Morpeth and Newcastle upon Tyne.
