Modern, recently renovated 2500 sq ft home, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, basement complete with bar and recreational space, and backyard patio. 8-min drive to Newark Intl Airport (EWR), and a 5-min walk to the North Elizabeth NJ Transit train station, which will have you in Manhattan (Penn Station/Madison Square Garden) in less than 30 mins. 15-min drive to Prudential Center, 20-min drive to Met Life Stadium. Driveway accommodates one car, and plenty of street parking available.

Great spot!

This home is renovated to a more modern decor with clean crisp colors and tile. The king bed upstairs is very soft (memory foam style). The basement area is nice for gatherings that could be loud as you won't disturb anyone down there. Parking 2 cars in the driveway is possible with some careful technique, but very nice to have when you come in late, as street parking is almost impossible after 5pm. Don't park in handicapped spaces, even with a handicap placard/plate. They are NOT public. They are private and your car will be towed. Never heard of that before, so be advised. Access to both the turnpike and I-95 is close by and there are several eating options a short drive away. Washer/Dryer is not available for guests, but host provided plenty of towels. Traditional coffee pot exists, not the K-cup style pictured, so don't bring K-cup coffee. Filters were provided. I would recommend this VRBO location for your stay in the Newark area.

Convenient location to go to NYC

The property was exactly as advertised. Having parking is a big plus in this area. It’s a 7 minute walk to the NJ transit station to go to NYC which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area so very peaceful and relaxing. There were 4 of us staying and the place is very spacious. Beds are comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Convenient location fo Newark airport and trip into NYC

Convenient location near Newark Airport and only a few blocks to the N. Elizabeth train station for a 30 min trip into NY Penn Station. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, a mini mart next door and a larger grocery store also within a few blocks.

Great!

The place was very clean and organize. Eveyone was pleased and the majority of us had our own rooms. We felt comfortable. Master bedroom did not have a bathroom. You would have to go down to the main level of the home to use the restroom. We recommend the owners to change the rugs. Everyone tripped over them. We do recommend for people to stay and enjoy their stay. Thank you.

Quick Trip

The ceilings in the Loft are low by the bed so you have to be careful not to hit your head, one of the beds on the main floor was loud anytime you moved in it and the bathroom sink on the main floor clogged easily so we had to wash our face and brush our teeth in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was clean and conveniently located to the subway.

Long weekend

Check-in was easy. Property was clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of space for 6 guests. Nice curb appeal in safe neighborhood, playground close by. Approximately 7 minute walk to train station. Parking available in the driveway was a plus. Property manager was accessible for questions about traveling to NYC. Overall wonderful experience!!

Wanting a great location for a fabulous price to make memories on a Family vacation, this is the place. Easy access to NYC (train station is literally a few blocks away if you don't want to drive). EXCELLENT outdoor patio area.

A home away from home

A Hidden Gem Minutes from Newark Airport

Booked this house last minute for my husband and I, as we wanted to attend an event at Prudential Center and didn’t want to have to worry about the long drive home after. The house was easy to get to, clean, and extremely comfortable, and the hosts were super clear with check in info and gave us great recommendations Wish we could have stayed for longer!

Fabulous stay in NJ!!

I booked this house recently for a quick trip with my husband and our two young children. We were visiting family in the area and also wanted to take our kids to the American Dream mall for the Nickelodeon experience. The house is just how you see it in the photos - modern and clean. The hosts were super communicative and gave us everything we needed for our stay. We were close to everything and only a short drive to American Dream. Will definitely be booking again for our next visit to family.
