Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from the lower floor if occupied during your stay, although very unlikely as this is typically a quiet, serene and very safe environment. We recommend considering this prior to finalizing your booking.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ($500 FINE) ★
Smuggling a pet into the home is an immediate removal with no refund.

★ ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT ★
Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. No smoking or drugs of any kind is allowed inside the apartment. A fine of $2500 applies if smoke is detected as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine covers additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs.
