As you step inside, the second-floor condo greets with an impeccable first impression. Weathered wood-style flooring, light walls, and deep blue accents elude to the coastal outdoor atmosphere. The front door opens into a modern chic living area. Cozy up on either the pull-out couch or two armchairs and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV. Cable and streaming services are provided - just remember to bring your own log-ins!

Before it's time to prep dinner, you'll find yourself drawn to the light and airy kitchen. White cabinets and countertops, stainless steel appliances, and arabesque backsplash give this space a luxury feel. Aside from its aesthetic appeal, the kitchen is well-stocked with a crockpot, drip coffee maker, blender, serving dishes and utensils, and more. Two dining options are provided as formal meals can be enjoyed around the dining table for four or at the kitchen island lined with two barstools.

Though most of your time will be spent soaking up the Florida sun by the waves or pool, you'll love to start and end your days on the balcony. The balcony has the perfect second-story view of the pool, complex grounds, and the Atlantic Ocean. Sip your morning coffee and evening wine to the dreamy view at the dining set for two. It'll quickly become your happy place!

As nighttime approaches, you'll be more than ready to continue the R&R in the master suite. Just like the rest of the condo, the bedroom is beautifully decorated in whites and blues. Wind down by reading in the plush arm chair and then curl up in the soft king bed for a good night's rest. Nearby is the condo's magazine-worthy bathroom. From a subway-tiled shower to shiplap walls, the bathroom is sure to elevate your nighttime and morning routine.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed internet, a Smart TV, cable, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs, a cooler, a stacked washer/dryer, and a designated covered parking space.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.
