Fantastic Location, Peaceful, Cozy!

Wow, we LOVED our stay! The condo was very clean and cozy. It was a relief walking in and feeling right at home after staying in a hotel for 5 days in Daytona. This was our first time in New Smyrna and we couldn't of asked for a more tranquil stay. The beach is about a 5 minute walk from the condo, a 3 minute walk from the private path. We enjoyed walking to watch the sunrise every morning. We also enjoyed playing pickleball and the pool. Our only hiccup was communication with the owner. When we arrived we couldn't find the parking pass or pool pass and waited over 12 hours to hear from the owner after messaging and 2 calls. Not a huge deal, but we had no idea if we were going to get yelled at or towed without the passes. Would just recommend that they are out in the open by the welcome packet next time. We loved our time at SeaWoods and will be coming back!

Very nice rental

This rental was awesome! It was very clean and very well stocked! The bed and furniture were very comfortable. The layout is perfect! The location suited our needs perfectly! It is located about 5 miles from the Canaveral National Seashore where we rode our bikes and sat on the beach. It’s about 6 1/2 mi long. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. We enjoyed the amenities that came with the rental especially the fitness room and the shuffleboard. I would absolutely rent this again!

Roomy Condo Very Well Equipped

Spacious place that we were very comfortable in. Nearby to Cape Canaveral Seashore that we wanted to visit. Love the oaks on property. Keys were delivered within 5 min if our arrival as someone forgot to put them in lock box. Kitchen window still needed cleaning from hurricane. Loads of towels available for all needs. Some wall decor was still stashed under bed instead of on wall after a long rental before us. Living room clock needs a new battery. Overall though we were happy with the condo.

This was a nice-sized condo for 3 people. It was fully stocked with everything needed. The pool is right on the way back from the beach, which was wonderful. Communication was great with quick responses to questions. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a weekend retreat

I had everything i needed. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location cannot be beat..miles of walking paths, 3 pools..1 heated. So quiet and soothing. Everyone is so nice I really enjoyed my stay!

Clean and quiet. Pictures are accurate. well stocked for its size. All the planting gives you a sense of privacy on the nice balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Nice community perks ( pool). It took us a while to find the outside hose to wash off sand ( it's by the recycles). Be aware it is a second floor unit.

The property was incredible! It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Beach access was closed due to storm damage, but it did not negatively effect our stay. My only issue was that Expedia did not clearly communicate I was renting a Verbo accommodation, as opposed to a typical hotel-type accommodation. That lack of information caused some initial confusion upon arrival. Otherwise, great lodging and experience with the property owners!

Family getaway

Condo was clean, it has ALL of the amenities that you would need, which was great! It is a little walk to the beach. Only ONE key to the unit which is not a good idea. Because if you loose it you have to pay $20 for a new one and you would be out of luck getting back into the condo. The plumbing in the master bathroom could be updated. There needs to be a map/ legend of the property.
