Beautiful Condo in a very nice gated community. Unit was perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed the pools. Also, Nice to be on the no drive section of the beach.We would definitely recommend this unit to everyone. Very easy process start to finish.

Quiet, comfy, great view of natural estuary

We enjoyed the balconies and slept well in comfy beds. It is a bit of a walk (exercise is good) to the beach but a wagon was provided and that helped a lot. We had a few maintenance issues early on but they were addressed immediately. We would stay here again!

Spring Break ‘25

The perfect get away from the hard winter months of the north east. The unit had everything you need for days on the beach and evenings in the condo. We enjoyed the convenience of the local to Daytona and Orlando. Definitely would stay again!

Delightful stay

We like to vacation in New Smyrna beach. We have never stayed across the street from the beach so we were not sure if we were going to enjoy our stay as much, however, we loved the unit so much we would love to return. The unit was clean and very spacious. Loved the two balconies! The unit was close to the pool. The walk to the beach was further than we thought it was going to be so I would certainly suggest bringing a beach wagon for gear. Had to ask a few questions about unit and was more than happy with the quick and helpful responses we got.

The condo was spacious and met our needs and the unit was clean. At first we had a hard time finding the unit because there were no numbers to identify it. The complex is nice, it has two nice pools and a walkway to the beach but, no ocean view from this unit. We contacted the management company to replace a light over the kitchen sink and the filter for the refrigerator, they said they were on it, but they never showed up. There was a dehumidifier on the kitchen counter by the sink which ran constantly and was annoying. The individual who stayed in the master bedroom felt like the bed needed new pillows. Also, the bunk bed in the third bedroom could be pushed over to the corner about a foot so the drawers could be accessed on the opposite end. We had some issues with the elevator working daily which, was no fault of the management company however, it would have been helpful to have communication about this.
