It sits on the 2nd & 3rd floor: the 2nd level has a comfy living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, balcony, full bath & a workstation with a monitor. The 3rd level has 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, & BONUS in-unit laundry. The first floor flooring, kitchen and bathroom are newly remodeled. The building has a community pool & kiddie/ soaking pool. The private beach is a short walk down a flight of steps from the pool deck.

This is a great location with plenty of space. The drive-on beach is located a few short minutes north and Bethune beach is located just to the south. You may get lucky enough to see a launch out of Cap Canaveral from the condo like we have! All of the great attractions in New Smyrna are just minutes away from the condo! Other things to note:
- Property exterior monitored by security camera.
- No more than 6 guests TOTAL. If you go over 6 people, you will forfeit your safety deposit and/ or owe additional fees.
- Sorry, we do not accept pets.
- No smoking on property. This is a Non Smoking home. If you smoke, please do so outside of the house and place buts in ash cans. Do not toss on the grass. Smoking inside the condo is absolutely prohibited and we charge a penalty of $400 if a guest smoke inside the condo.
- No parties or gatherings. Anyone not on the reservation must receive written consent from hosts before entering.
